Brasserie Blanc secures tenth restaurant in Liverpool
The 4,750sq ft site will mark the debut of Brasserie Blanc in the North West – it currently operates nine locations in Leeds, London and the South.
“We have been looking for the ideal location in Liverpool for some time, and we found it at Mann Island,” said John Lederer, managing director of Brasserie Blanc. “This is an exceptionally original development in a fantastic waterfront location. It is both a hub and an oasis. It offers us everything that we have been looking for.”
The casual French brasserie chain has secured a ground floor location at the Liverpool development, with piazza-style outdoor seating overlooking the canal basin.
The Mann Island scheme, a £135m mixed use residential, commercial and leisure development, is currently under construction with the first phase due for completion next year.

Steve Parry, managing director at Neptune Developments, said: “I think their decision speaks volumes for the quality and location of the Mann Island development, with Brasserie Blanc keen to find a location with a stunning sense of place.”
“So, yes I’m delighted that Brasserie Blanc will be opening here, it is a brand and an offer that fits perfectly with the Mann Island ambience of quality, informality and accessibility.”
Property agent Christie & Co acted on behalf of Neptune Developments in the deal.
