Still time to enter Great British Pub Food Awards 2011

If your pub offers a fantastic steak, all-day dining, Italian food or Indian food then don’t miss the chance to enter the food pub categories in the Great British Pub Food Awards 2011.​

Entries for the awards, which are run by BigHospitality's sister publication The Morning Advertiser, must be submitted by next week, 25 November.

Food pub operators can enter their business into either the Steak Pub, Italian Food Pub, Indian Food Pub or All Day Dining Pub of the Year categories.

Pub companies can submit their entries into the Food Operator of the Year (Branded), Food Operator of the Year (Unbranded), or Food Concept of the Year categories.

Each entry will be judged down to three finalists by a panel of industry experts. The finalists will then be visited on site by judges to sample their food offer and find out more about their business successes.

Pub Chef of the Year​

The closing date for entries to the Pub Chef of the Year 2011 competition has now also been extended until Monday, 22 November.

Categories include Best Seafood, Meat, Game, Young Pub Chef, Best Team, Desserts, Fish & Chips, Curry and Roast.

The winners will be announced at the Great British Pub Food Awards night at Plaisterers’ Hall, London, on 10 March.
