National Curry Week (21-27 November) will once more present restaurant and pub operators with an opportunity to maximise profits from their Indian or Asian dishes, while helping to support a charitable cause.
By donating a proportion of profits from a special curry dish on your menu to the National Curry Week's chosen charity, The Curry Tree, operators can help alleviate malnutrition in some of the poorest parts of South East Asia.
For inspiration we've published this recipe for Lamb Rogan Josh from Michelin-starred Indian chef Atul Kochhar, courtesy of UKTV Food. For more information on becoming involved with National Curry Week and supporting The Curry Tree, visit www.nationaleatingoutweek.com.
