Foodservice provider 3663 has added a selection of chilled, ambient and frozen products to its range this month, including a Raspberry Trifle Cheesecake and a Goat’s Cheese & Cranberry Tart.
Joining its range of cheese is the Innkeepers Pickled Onion Cheddar, a strong Red Tractor accredited cheese blended with pickled onions and chives.

Sacla’s Wild Mushroom Sauce for Risotto is also now available through 3663. Made with Italian ingredients, the sauce is designed to be added to stock before pouring over a pan of risotto rice and cooking for 20 minutes.

A number of products have now joined 3663’s frozen range, including Roberts of Port Dinorwic’s Trio of Bacon-wrapped Sausages. Three Cumberland sausages wrapped in bacon and served in a rich wine and port sauce with pieces of redcurrant are supplied in pouches for portion control.

Ocean Select Breaded Garlic & Herb Salmon Goujons, which use fresh, Scottish farm-sourced salmon, are now also available through 3663.

Another fish dish available now is the Credenza Salmon Cornet, a lattice puff pastry cornet filled with Atlantic salmon and prawns in a seafood sauce with Cointreau.

For vegetarians, caterers can now get the Quality Cuisine Goat’s Cheese & Cranberry Tart from 3663. A crisp cheese tart filled with goats cheese sauce and topped with cranberries.

Two Speciality Desserts have now joined 3663’s range, a Chocolate Orange Crisp, and a Raspberry Trifle Cheesecake with a digestive biscuit base, cponge, raspberries and custard cheese.
