Fentimans breaks into alcoholic ginger beer market

Natural soft drinks manufacturer Fentimans has developed its first ever alcoholic drink using a recipe dating back to the early 20th Century

Hollows Superior Alcoholic Ginger Beer is a cloudy drink free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives, made using slow fermentation and botanical brewing methods.

Named after the son-in-law of Thomas Fentiman, who inherited the recipe for the drink at his wedding in 1907, Hollows has now been released nationwide as the alcoholic ginger beer market gains pace.

Eldon Robson, managing director and master brewer of Fentimans, said: “The alcoholic ginger beer market is growing quickly and Hollows offers a premium alternative to consumers.”
