The Four Seasons Hotel near Baker Street in London has been placed on the market for £9m.
The 42-bedroom hotel consists of three mid-terraced, early 19th century, grade-II listed properties located on two separate sites.
Property agents Christie & Co is marketing the hotel on behalf of a private client.
