Fortnum & Mason launches outside catering business
London restaurant, cafe and deli Fortnum & Mason has joined forces with Austrian company DO & CO to launch an outside catering service.
The joint venture company, called Fortnum & Mason Events, will give Fortnum & Mason's restaurant operation a presence outside its Piccadilly site for the first time.
It aims to cater at events such as London Fashion Week and will offer pre-event marketing and sales, infrastructure, interior design and furnishing services.
Fortnum & Mason managing director Beverley Aspinall said: "Now we can offer the care and attention to detail Fortnum & Mason is famous for to customers and guests outside of the Piccadilly store."
