Launching on 1 March, the 218-bedroom hotel will be the flagship business operating at the Chelsea Bridge development as well as the latest 'investhotel' in London, which offers investors the chance to purchase and subsequenlty profit from one of its 66 bedrooms from £295k.
Offering both business and leisure guests 30m sq rooms, which are ‘substantially’ larger than the average London hotel room, the Pestana Chelsea Bridge will incorporate the brand’s signature luxury leisure style.
It will feature a spa and beauty treatment rooms, gym, indoor heated swimming pool, fine dining restaurant, bar and meeting and conference rooms for up to 500 delegates.
Unique London hotel
Dr Dionisio Pestana, founder and owner of the Pestana Group, said he aimed to create a ‘truly unique option’ for the Chelsea Bridge guests.

Pestana Chelsea Bridge’s rooms will also offer guests the use of flatscreen TVs, iPod docking stations, Wi-Fi, splash-proof TV’s in the en-suite bathrooms, and the use of unique fitness cycles in selected rooms.
