Suzanne Harris wins Jean Webb award at Best Western hotel ceremony

Best Western has awarded the Jean Webb Award for Quality, Customer Care and Pride to Suzanne Harris of the Sudbury House Hotel, at the group’s annual Hotel of the Year Awards

Best Western has awarded the Jean Webb Award for Quality, Customer Care and Pride to Suzanne Harris of the Sudbury House Hotel, at the group’s annual Hotel of the Year Awards.

The award, which is named after the hotelier and late wife of Michael J Webb, whose Webb hotels owns and operates Moor Hall in Sutton Coldfield plus three other Best Western hotels, was awarded to Harris after a unanimous decision by judges.

Over 400 Best Western hotel operators and executives attended the awards ceremony held at the Celtic Manor Resort, which rewarded those hotels that had achieved excellence over the past year.

Keith Pope, director of Best Western UK, said he was delighted for all the award winners.

“Each (hotel) in their own way embodies the true qualities and vision of the Best Western brand. They have their own individual personality and character, but their truly outstanding standards of quality and service are universally appreciated by customers and fellow hoteliers alike.”
