Lost Society to launch third London restaurant and bar

Restaurant and bar operator Lost Society is to open its third venue in Putney, at the former site of Bar Room Bar.

Leased from a private landlord to the sum of £90k a year, the 2900 sq ft ground floor and basement will continue to benefit from the property’s 2am license.

Lost Society, who operate an art deco restaurant and bar in Clapham and the Lost Angel in Battersea, fought off competition to secure the contract at which James Assersohn from Shelley Sandzer said was a great opportunity.

“Located directly opposite the station, the property had an excellent license and was offered at nil premium,” he said. “With their local expertise and fantastic trading background I am confident that Lost Society will make the site a real success.”

Lost Society in Clapham was voted the Best Bar in the 2006 Time Out Awards.
