Hoole Hall re-branded Doubletree by Hilton

The country house hotel on the outskirts of Chester becomes the fourth hotel in the UK to open under the Doubletree by Hilton brand

Hoole Hall Country Club and Spa in Cheshire has been re-branded Doubletree by Hilton Chester as part of a 27.5m transformation project.

The 18th century manor house hotel on the outskirts of Chester is being operated by Sanguine Hospitality under a franchise agreement with Hilton and becomes the fourth hotel in the UK to re-open under the Doubletree brand.

Patrick Fitzgibbon, senior vice president of development for Hilton Hotels - UK, Europe and Africa, said: "This latest hotel opening in Chester is another example of the great momentum building behind the international expansion of the Doubletree by Hilton brand, as we look to open more than 20 hotels in the UK alone during the next five years.”

The multi-million pound re-vamp of the 110-bedroom hotel has included the building of a luxury day spa that is scheduled to open this autumn.

Doubletree by Hilton hotels already operate in Cambridge, London`s Regent Street and Aberdeen. Three hotels in Liverpool are also slated to open under the brand in the next 18 months.
