The ConnectSmart Hospitality Automation Solution from QSR Automations connects front and back of house with information displayed on screens – keeping all staff informed throughout a customer’s meal.

Orders entered onto the epos system by waiting staff flash up on a screen mounted in different areas of the kitchen such as salad prep and the grill.

The system works out how long each part of the order takes to cook and tells each chef at their individual stations when to start cooking it. Those who may be unsure of how to make a specific dish can even pull up a pre-programmed recipe onto the screen.

Waiting staff are kept informed of an order’s progress by checking the screen and are paged when it is finally ready to go out.

The system is also able to tell customers how long they have to wait for their table with their reservation and waiting time displayed on a screen front of house.

Restaurants can buy as many components to the system as they wish to link exactly the areas they want.
