TO CELEBRATE its centenary year, Bisto has launched two new additions to the Chef’s Gravy Mixes range - Poultry and Red Meat.

To give cooks some inspiration, chef Mathew Shropshall has developed a number of new recipes using Bisto Chef`s Gravy Mixes, including English beef fillet with onion dumpling, roasted guinea fowl with beetroot, and hot game pie.
Alternatively, chefs can simply add ingredients such as tarragon, wine and mushrooms to create a chasseur sauce in next to no time.
Bisto Chef’s Gravy Mix for Meat and Vegetable dishes is the original Bisto Mix recipe, and is perfect with any meat or vegetable dish and is suitable for vegetarians.
The new Red Meat variety is a delicious new formulation using real meat juices for depth of flavour, and the new Poultry variety is a delicate balance of flavours to compliment a myriad of poultry dishes.
