Tragus midmarket restaurant group has signed an agreement in principle to run nine restaurants across four UK Center Parcs "holiday villages".
The restaurants currently trade under the Chez Pierre, Luciano's and Hugo's names across the four sites in Elveden Forest, Longleat Forest, Sherwood Forest and Whinfell Forest. They will later be re-branded to one of Tragus' brands: Café Rouge, Bella Italia, Strada and Ortega. The move is part of the rapid expansion plan the company has followed since Blackstone bought it in December 2006.
Graham Turner CEO of Tragus said, "This move demonstrates the strength of our brands and highlights the broad appeal of the restaurants in our portfolio."
